Coldplay faz show histórico em Ahmedabad com entrada especial de Chris Martin
A banda britânica de rock Coldplay realizou seu maior concerto nos dias 25 e 26 de janeiro no Estádio Narendra Modi, em Ahmedabad. Para este concerto, o vocalista da banda, Chris Martin, fez sua entrada em Ahmedabad montado em uma scooter, que ele compartilhou no Instagram. No vídeo, Chris pode ser visto sentado na parte de trás da scooter, onde ele aparece dizendo “What the heck!”.
Para este concerto, a polícia de Gujarat fez amplos arranjos de segurança, incluindo mais de 3.800 policiais, uma equipe da Guarda Nacional de Segurança (NSG), esquadrão de bombas e mais de 400 câmeras de CCTV. Durante o concerto, detectores de metal e oficiais de segurança também foram destacados.
O concerto foi transmitido ao vivo no Disney+ Hotstar, permitindo que fãs de todo o país desfrutassem do evento. O concerto incluiu clássicos do Coldplay, como “Fix You”, “Paradise” e “Yellow”.
Chris Martin cumprimentou o público em gujarati e hindi durante o concerto e disse: “Kem cho Ahmedabad… vocês são muito bem-vindos.” Ele também pediu desculpas pelos abusos cometidos durante o domínio britânico na Índia.
