香港賽馬會擬大幅增加海外轉播賽事場次
香港賽馬會（HKJC）近日提出一項新建議，計劃將每年海外轉播賽事的場次上限從目前的25場增加至55場，適用於2026/27賽馬季。此舉是繼早前建議將轉播賽事上限從25場增至40場後的進一步擴展。此外，馬會還計劃將每季的轉播日數從37天增加至53天（2025/26賽季），並在2026/27賽季進一步增至70天。
目前，馬會每年可進行最多88個本地賽馬日的投注，並在非本地賽馬日進行25場非本地賽事及37場轉播賽事。值得注意的是，每年7月17日至8月31日的夏季休賽期間，不得進行本地賽事投注，且每個轉播日的非本地賽事不得超過12場。
該建議需獲得民政及青年事務局局長麥美娟的批准。公眾可於2月21日前通過郵寄、傳真或電郵向博彩及獎券事務委員會提交意見。去年11月，政府已批准馬會將轉播賽事從10場增至25場的建議，並於2023年12月生效。
