ComplexCon音樂節門票混亂引發消費者投訴
香港消費者委員會近日接獲九宗投訴，涉及總金額達四萬港元，原因是ComplexCon音樂節的門票出現混亂。投訴者指，他們透過官方售票網站Cityline優先預訂了3月23日的門票，希望觀看韓國女團NJZ（前稱NewJeans）的演出，但付款後卻收到3月21日的門票，當天的演出陣容包括美國音樂人Metro Boomin、香港說唱歌手MC Jin及Quavo等。不少粉絲在社交媒體上表達不滿，並標記主辦方「complexchinese」的Instagram帳號尋求協助。
ComplexCon主辦方回應稱，已聯繫Cityline跟進問題，但由於無法進入Cityline的系統，因此無法直接處理。主辦方同時宣布，原定於今日進行的門票公開發售將調整安排，3月23日NJZ演出的門票將於今日下午4時起在Trip.com、Cityline、貓眼及Ctrip等平台同步發售，其他日期的門票則稍後公布發售時間。
Cityline則在其網站發表聲明，表示已審查交易記錄及系統日誌，未發現異常情況，並承諾會根據客戶提供的詳細交易信息或確認電郵副本，逐一調查每宗個案。
ComplexCon Hong Kong將於3月21日至23日舉行，這是該活動的第二屆，預計將吸引來自全球的觀眾。今年的演出陣容包括NJZ、Metro Boomin、ZICO等國際知名音樂人，以及香港本地藝人MC Jin和Jace Chan等。門票分為單日票及三日VIP套票，價格由388港元至4,988港元不等，VIP套票享有優先入場及獨家商品等額外福利。
