香港股市在週三開市時回升，恒生指數上升204.32點，升幅0.89%，報23,238點。此前，恒指在週二收市時下跌1.3%。與此同時，澳洲一月份的消費者物價指數（CPI）按月下跌0.2%，主要受住房成本放緩及假期旅遊開支下降拖累，這有助於安撫政策制定者，顯示通脹正朝著正確方向發展。澳洲統計局的數據顯示，CPI按年升幅維持在2.5%，符合市場預期。
另一方面，香港迪士尼樂園的表現也受到關注。樂園報告了超過8.3億港元的淨利潤，並創下770萬人次的最高入場紀錄，收入同比增長超過50%，達到88億港元。香港職業訓練局的專家表示，迪士尼的成功在於其保持了對本地和內地遊客的吸引力，並建議樂園繼續創新以吸引新遊客。樂園將於今年6月慶祝其20週年，預計這將成為吸引更多遊客的重要契機。
此外，香港財政司司長陳茂波公佈了2025-26年度財政預算案，提出多項措施以應對財政赤字，包括凍結公務員薪酬、削減開支及增加收入。預算案中還提到，政府將撥款12億港元用於吸引遊客，並撥款3億港元用於提升電動車充電網絡。
