पुष्पा 2: द रूल के ट्रेलर का लॉन्च एक भव्य कार्यक्रम के रूप में पटना में हुआ, जहां फैंस की भीड़ ने गर्दा मचा दिया। इस फिल्म का ट्रेलर, जिसमें मुख्य भूमिका में अल्लू अर्जुन, रश्मिका मंदाना और फहद फासिल हैं, 17 नवंबर 2024 को जारी किया गया। इस फिल्म का निर्देशन सुकुमार ने किया है और यह 5 दिसंबर 2024 को सिनेमाघरों में रिलीज होगी।
ट्रेलर में अल्लू अर्जुन के पात्र पुष्पा की स्थिति पहले भाग की तुलना में और भी कठिन और चुनौतीपूर्ण नजर आ रही है, जहां वह क्राइम अंडरवर्ल्ड में अपनी ताकत बढ़ाने के लिए संघर्ष कर रहा है। फहद फासिल ने राक्षसी एसपी भंवर सिंह शेखावत की भूमिका निभाई है, जो पुष्पा का प्रतिपक्षी है। रश्मिका मंदाना को पुष्पा की प्रेमिका श्रीवाली के रूप में देखा जा सकता है।
ट्रेलर लॉन्च इवेंट में लगभग 10,000 उत्साही फैंस शामिल हुए, जिन्होंने अल्लू अर्जुन और रश्मिका के करीब जाने का प्रयास किया, जिसके कारण पुलिस को हल्का लाठी-चार्ज करना पड़ा। इस दौरान फैंस ने बाड़ों पर चढ़ने और अव्यवस्थाएँ उत्पन्न करने का प्रयास किया। हालांकि, अधिकारियों ने स्थिति को नियंत्रित कर लिया।
ट्रेलर ने ओटीटी प्लेटफॉर्म पर प्रसारण के तुरंत बाद ही सोशल मीडिया पर धूम मचा दी, और इसे पहले घंटे में ही 10 मिलियन से ज्यादा बार देखा गया। फैंस ने ट्रेलर के संवादों को साझा करते हुए उत्साह व्यक्त किया है।
पुष्पा 2: द रूल पहले भाग पुष्पा: द राइज की सफलताओं पर आधारित है, जिसने बॉक्स ऑफिस पर अविश्वसनीय सफलता प्राप्त की थी। फिल्म के निर्माता नवेेन यर्नी और य. रवि शंकर हैं और इसकी लागत लगभग ₹300 करोड़ है।
फिल्म के संगीत की रचना देवी श्री प्रसाद ने की है और यह एक Pan-India प्रोडक्शन है, जो देश भर में एक बड़ी ओपनिंग की उम्मीद कर रही है।
