आईजीएल और एमजीएल; शेयर बाजार में गिरावट के कारण और प्रभाव
शेयर बाजार में आईजीएल (इंद्रप्रस्थ गैस) और एमजीएल (महानगर गैस) के शेयरों में हालिया गिरावट ने निवेशकों की चिंता बढ़ा दी है। सरकार द्वारा सिटी गैस वितरण कंपनियों के लिए प्रशासनित मूल्य तंत्र (APM) गैस आवंटन में 20% की कटौती की गई है, जो कि दूसरी बार हो रही है।
इस हफ्ते सोमवार को, आईजीएल के शेयर 20% गिरकर ₹324.7 पर पहुंच गए, जबकि एमजीएल के शेयर 18% गिरकर ₹1,150.75 पर पहुंच गए। इस कटौती के परिणामस्वरूप, विभिन्न ब्रोकरेज फर्मों ने इन कंपनियों के स्टॉक्स को ‘सेल’ रेटिंग दी और उनके लक्षित मूल्य में महत्वपूर्ण कमी की।
Nirmal Bang ने आईजीएल के लिए लक्षित मूल्य को 31% घटाकर ₹373 और एमजीएल के लिए 35% घटाकर ₹1,164 किया है। साथ ही, Jefferies ने भी आईजीएल को ‘अंडरपरफॉर्म’ में डाउनग्रेड किया और इसके लक्ष्य मूल्य को ₹295 कर दिया।
विश्लेषकों का कहना है कि एपीएम गैस आवंटन में यह कटौती कंपनियों की लाभप्रदता को गंभीर रूप से प्रभावित कर सकती है। इससे CNG की कीमतों में वृद्धि के संकेत मिलते हैं क्योंकि कंपनियों को अब महंगी LNG का उपयोग करने के लिए मजबूर होना पड़ेगा।
विशेषज्ञों का अनुमान है कि उपभोक्ताओं की पहुंच को नियंत्रित रखने के लिए कंपनियों को कीमतों में व्यवस्था करनी होगी, लेकिन आगामी राज्य चुनावों के चलते बड़ी मूल्य वृद्धि की संभावना कम है।
