यूक्रेन-रूस युद्ध में नए मोड़; ATACMS मिसाइलों का पहला उपयोग

रूस की रक्षा मंत्रालय ने बताया कि यूक्रेनी बलों ने छह मिसाइलें दागीं, जिनमें से अधिकांश को मार गिराया गया लेकिन कुछ के मलबे से एक सैन्य सुविधा में आग लग गई। रूस के विदेश मंत्री सर्गेई लावरोव ने इस हमले को पश्चिम की ओर से बढ़ती हुई आक्रामकता का संकेत बताया।
इस बीच, राष्ट्रपति व्लादिमीर पुतिन ने रूस के परमाणु सिद्धांत को अपडेट करते हुए चेतावनी दी है कि अगर कोई गैर-परमाणु राज्य, एक परमाणु शक्ति के समर्थन से रूस पर हमला करता है, तो इसे संयुक्त हमला माना जाएगा। इस बदलाव से परमाणु हमले के जोखिम में वृद्धि हो सकती है।
युद्ध की स्थिति में बढ़ती गर्माहट आसान नहीं है, क्योंकि अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति जो बाइडेन ने यूक्रेन को और अधिक सैन्य सहायता देने का फैसला किया है, जिसमें एंटी-पर्सनल लैंड माइंस भी शामिल हैं। अमेरिका और यूरोप के अधिकारियों ने इस पर गहरी चिंता जताई है कि ये हमले यूरोप में सुरक्षा स्थिति को और अधिक अस्थिर कर सकते हैं।
विशेषज्ञों का मानना है कि रूस की बढ़ती आक्रामकता के बीच अमेरिका का समर्थन यूक्रेन के लिए महत्वपूर्ण रहेगा। इस बीच, नव निर्वाचित अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने युद्ध समाप्त करने का वादा किया है, जिससे यूक्रेन की स्थिति और अधिक जटिल हो गई है।
