भारतीय कप्तान रोहित शर्मा तीसरे क्रम पर बल्लेबाजी करने आए लेकिन केवल 3 रन बनाकर पवेलियन लौट गए। मैच के बाद, रोहित ने कहा कि यह अभ्यास भारतीय टीम के लिए महत्वपूर्ण था और उन्होंने कैनबरा में भारतीय प्रशंसकों के समर्थन की सराहना की।
