डॉ. अग्रवाल हेल्थकेयर का आईपीओ 29 जनवरी से खुलेगा। कंपनी ने अपने शेयरों की कीमत ₹382 से ₹402 प्रति शेयर के बीच तय की है। यह आईपीओ 31 जनवरी तक खुला रहेगा। कंपनी इस आईपीओ के जरिए ₹3,027 करोड़ जुटाने की योजना बना रही है, जिसमें ₹300 करोड़ की ताजा इक्विटी जारी करना और 6.78 करोड़ शेयरों की ऑफर फॉर सेल (OFS) शामिल है। ऑफर फॉर सेल में प्रमोटर और मौजूदा शेयरधारक शामिल हैं।
आईपीओ से जुटाई गई राशि का एक हिस्सा कर्ज चुकाने और कॉर्पोरेट उद्देश्यों के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जाएगा। कंपनी ने ₹195 करोड़ कर्ज चुकाने के लिए आवंटित किए हैं, जबकि शेष राशि अकार्बनिक अधिग्रहण और अन्य व्यावसायिक जरूरतों के लिए इस्तेमाल की जाएगी।
डॉ. अग्रवाल हेल्थकेयर भारत की सबसे बड़ी आई केयर सर्विस प्रदाता कंपनियों में से एक है। कंपनी का बाजार हिस्सा FY24 में लगभग 25% था। कंपनी के पास 209 सुविधाएं हैं, जिनमें से 193 भारत में और 16 अफ्रीका में हैं। कंपनी ने FY24 में ₹1,332 करोड़ का राजस्व और ₹95 करोड़ का शुद्ध लाभ दर्ज किया।
आईपीओ के लिए आवंटन 3 फरवरी को अंतिम होगा, और शेयरों की सूची 5 फरवरी को बीएसई और एनएसई पर होने की उम्मीद है। आईपीओ के बुक रनिंग लीड मैनेजर कोटक महिंद्रा कैपिटल कंपनी, मॉर्गन स्टेनली इंडिया, जेफरीज इंडिया और मोतीलाल ओसवाल इनवेस्टमेंट एडवाइजर्स हैं।
