साइंट लिमिटेड के शेयरों में भारी गिरावट, सीईओ का इस्तीफा और कमजोर तिमाही परिणाम
साइंट लिमिटेड के शेयरों में भारी गिरावट दर्ज की गई है, जो 23% तक गिरकर 1,351 रुपये प्रति शेयर के 19 महीने के निचले स्तर पर पहुंच गए। यह गिरावट कंपनी के कमजोर तीसरी तिमाही (Q3FY25) के परिणामों और सीईओ कार्तिकेयन नटराजन के इस्तीफे के बाद देखी गई। कंपनी ने अपने डिजिटल, इंजीनियरिंग और टेक्नोलॉजी (DET) सेगमेंट के लिए FY25 की राजस्व वृद्धि गाइडेंस को घटाकर 2.7% की गिरावट कर दी है, जो पहले फ्लैट वृद्धि की उम्मीद थी। इसके अलावा, Q4FY25 के लिए EBIT मार्जिन गाइडेंस को भी 16% से घटाकर 13.5% कर दिया गया है।
कंपनी ने Q3FY25 में 31.7% की गिरावट के साथ 122.3 करोड़ रुपये का शुद्ध लाभ दर्ज किया, जबकि राजस्व 4.2% की वृद्धि के साथ 1,926.4 करोड़ रुपये रहा। DET सेगमेंट का राजस्व 1,480 करोड़ रुपये रहा, जो पिछली तिमाही की तुलना में 2.1% की वृद्धि दर्शाता है, लेकिन साल-दर-साल (YoY) 1.9% की गिरावट दर्ज की गई। EBIT मार्जिन 13.5% रहा, जो मजदूरी वृद्धि और मुद्रा संबंधी चुनौतियों के कारण कम हुआ।
सीईओ कार्तिकेयन नटराजन ने अपने तीन साल के कार्यकाल के केवल 20 महीने बाद ही इस्तीफा दे दिया, जिससे कंपनी के भविष्य को लेकर अनिश्चितता बढ़ गई है। उनके स्थान पर कंपनी के प्रमोटर कृष्णा बोडानापु को अंतरिम सीईओ नियुक्त किया गया है।
ब्रोकरेज फर्मों ने कंपनी के शेयरों को डाउनग्रेड कर दिया है। जेपी मॉर्गन ने शेयर की रेटिंग “ओवरवेट” से घटाकर “न्यूट्रल” कर दी है और लक्ष्य मूल्य 2,300 रुपये से घटाकर 1,750 रुपये कर दिया है। मोतीलाल ओसवाल ने भी शेयर को “सेल” रेटिंग दी है और लक्ष्य मूल्य 2,100 रुपये से घटाकर 1,350 रुपये कर दिया है।
कंपनी ने Q3FY25 में DET सेगमेंट के लिए 312.3 मिलियन डॉलर का रिकॉर्ड ऑर्डर इनटेक दर्ज किया, जो पिछली तिमाही की तुलना में 99% की वृद्धि दर्शाता है। हालांकि, कई डील्स को Q1FY26 में शिफ्ट कर दिया गया है, जिससे Q4 की वृद्धि पर असर पड़ सकता है।
कंपनी का प्रबंधन FY26 में 16% मार्जिन हासिल करने के लिए आशावादी है, लेकिन इसके लिए राजस्व वृद्धि को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
