भारत का गणतंत्र दिवस; संविधान और स्वतंत्रता का प्रतीक
26 जनवरी, 1950 को भारत ने अपना संविधान लागू किया और एक संप्रभु, लोकतांत्रिक गणराज्य बन गया। यह दिन भारत के इतिहास में एक महत्वपूर्ण मील का पत्थर है, क्योंकि इस दिन भारत ने ब्रिटिश साम्राज्य से अपने संबंध पूरी तरह से तोड़ दिए और एक स्वतंत्र गणराज्य के रूप में अपनी पहचान बनाई। संविधान का मसौदा डॉ. बी.आर. अंबेडकर की अध्यक्षता में एक समिति द्वारा तैयार किया गया था, जिसमें अन्य प्रमुख सदस्य जैसे के.एम. मुंशी, मुहम्मद सादुल्लाह और गोपाल स्वामी अय्यंगर शामिल थे। संविधान ने भारत को न्याय, स्वतंत्रता, समानता और बंधुत्व के सिद्धांतों पर आधारित एक समाजवादी, धर्मनिरपेक्ष और लोकतांत्रिक गणराज्य बनाने का संकल्प लिया।
26 जनवरी को गणतंत्र दिवस के रूप में मनाने का निर्णय इसलिए लिया गया क्योंकि 1930 में इसी दिन भारतीय राष्ट्रीय कांग्रेस ने पूर्ण स्वराज की घोषणा की थी। यह दिन भारत के स्वतंत्रता संग्राम और संविधान के माध्यम से स्वशासन की प्राप्ति का प्रतीक है।
गणतंत्र दिवस के अवसर पर दिल्ली के कर्तव्य पथ पर भव्य परेड का आयोजन किया जाता है, जिसमें भारत की सैन्य शक्ति, सांस्कृतिक विरासत और विविधता को प्रदर्शित किया जाता है। इस वर्ष इंडोनेशिया के राष्ट्रपति प्रबोवो सुबियांतो मुख्य अतिथि होंगे। परेड में विभिन्न राज्यों और केंद्रीय मंत्रालयों की झांकियां, सशस्त्र बलों के दल और सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम शामिल होंगे। इसके अलावा, भारतीय वायु सेना के विमानों की उड़ान और सैन्य उपकरणों का प्रदर्शन भी किया जाएगा।
गणतंत्र दिवस न केवल भारत के संविधान को अपनाने का जश्न है, बल्कि यह देश की एकता, अखंडता और लोकतांत्रिक मूल्यों को मजबूत करने का भी प्रतीक है। यह दिन हमें उन महान नेताओं और स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों की याद दिलाता है, जिन्होंने भारत को एक स्वतंत्र और समृद्ध राष्ट्र बनाने के लिए अपना सब कुछ न्योछावर कर दिया।
