आईटीसी होटल्स को बीएसई सूचकांकों से हटाया गया

आईटीसी होटल्स को 5 फरवरी, 2025 को बीएसई सेंसेक्स और 22 अन्य बीएसई सूचकांकों से हटा दिया गया। यह कदम कंपनी के अलग होने के बाद उठाया गया, जिसे पहले निवेशकों को अपने पोर्टफोलियो को संतुलित करने में मदद करने के लिए अस्थायी रूप से इन सूचकांकों में शामिल किया गया था। बीएसई ने एक बयान में कहा कि आईटीसी होटल्स ने कट-ऑफ समय तक लोअर सर्किट नहीं मारा, जिसके कारण इसे सूचकांकों से हटाने का फैसला लिया गया।

कंपनी के शेयर 29 जनवरी को एनएसई पर 180 रुपये और बीएसई पर 188 रुपये पर लिस्ट हुए थे। हालांकि, 5 फरवरी को शेयर 165.9 रुपये पर कारोबार कर रहे थे, जो पिछले सत्र की तुलना में 1.3% अधिक था। सेंसेक्स से हटाए जाने के बाद इंडेक्स फंड्स ने 400 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक के शेयर बेचे, और एनएसई निफ्टी से हटाए जाने पर 700 करोड़ रुपये के शेयर बिकने की उम्मीद है।

आईटीसी होटल्स को आईटीसी से अलग करने का निर्णय पिछले साल लिया गया था, जिसका उद्देश्य शेयरधारकों के लिए मूल्य उत्पन्न करना था। डीमर्जर अनुपात 1:10 तय किया गया था, जिसके तहत 6 जनवरी, 2025 तक आईटीसी के 10 शेयर रखने वाले शेयरधारकों को आईटीसी होटल्स का एक शेयर मिला।

इस कदम के बाद, आईटीसी होटल्स के शेयरों में उतार-चढ़ाव देखा गया, और बाजार में इसके प्रदर्शन पर निवेशकों की नजर बनी हुई है।
