आईटीसी होटल्स को बीएसई सेंसेक्स और अन्य सूचकांकों से हटाया गया
आईटीसी होटल्स को 5 फरवरी, 2025 को बीएसई सेंसेक्स और 22 अन्य बीएसई सूचकांकों से हटा दिया गया। यह कदम कंपनी के डीमर्जर के बाद उठाया गया, जिसमें आईटीसी होटल्स को आईटीसी लिमिटेड से अलग एक स्वतंत्र इकाई के रूप में सूचीबद्ध किया गया था। कंपनी का शेयर 29 जनवरी को बीएसई पर 188 रुपये और एनएसई पर 180 रुपये प्रति शेयर पर लिस्ट हुआ था। हालांकि, इसकी खोजी गई कीमत 260 रुपये प्रति शेयर थी, जिससे लिस्टिंग पर 31% की छूट दर्ज की गई।
बीएसई ने एक नोटिस में कहा कि कट-ऑफ समय तक आईटीसी होटल्स के शेयरों ने लोअर सर्किट नहीं छुआ, इसलिए इसे सभी सूचकांकों से हटा दिया गया। इसके परिणामस्वरूप, इंडेक्स ट्रैकर्स ने सेंसेक्स से बाहर होने के कारण 400 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक के शेयर बेचे। एनएसई निफ्टी से हटाए जाने पर 700 करोड़ रुपये के और शेयर बिकने की उम्मीद है।
आईटीसी होटल्स ने मजबूत परिचालन प्रदर्शन दिखाया है, जिसमें FY19 से FY24 तक औसत कमरा दर (ARR) 7,900 रुपये से बढ़कर 12,000 रुपये हो गई है। इसी अवधि में प्रति उपलब्ध कमरे की आय (RevPAR) 5,200 रुपये से बढ़कर 8,200 रुपये हो गई। कंपनी का लक्ष्य 2030 तक अपने होटल पोर्टफोलियो को 200+ होटल और 18,000+ कुंजी तक बढ़ाना है।
डीमर्जर के तहत, आईटीसी ने आईटीसी होटल्स में 40% हिस्सेदारी बरकरार रखी, जबकि शेष 60% हिस्सेदारी आईटीसी के शेयरधारकों को 10:1 के अनुपात में वितरित की गई। विश्लेषकों का मानना है कि प्रीमियम आवास की बढ़ती मांग से कंपनी को लाभ होगा।
