केरल सरकार ने क्रिसमस-न्यू ईयर बम्पर लॉटरी BR-101 के परिणाम 5 फरवरी, 2025 को घोषित किए। यह ड्रॉ तिरुवनंतपुरम के पालयम स्थित गोर्की भवन में आयोजित किया गया। इस लॉटरी का पहला पुरस्कार 20 करोड़ रुपये है, जो केरल लॉटरी के इतिहास में अब तक का सबसे बड़ा पुरस्कार है।
लॉटरी के लिए कुल 90 लाख टिकट जारी किए गए थे, जिनमें से प्रत्येक टिकट की कीमत 400 रुपये थी। पहले पुरस्कार के अलावा, दूसरा पुरस्कार 1 करोड़ रुपये (20 विजेताओं को), तीसरा पुरस्कार 25 लाख रुपये (10 विजेताओं को), और अन्य पुरस्कार भी घोषित किए गए। कुल पुरस्कार राशि 90.88 करोड़ रुपये है।
विजेताओं को अपने टिकट की संख्या आधिकारिक पीडीएफ से मिलान करनी होगी और ड्रॉ के 30 दिनों के भीतर पुरस्कार का दावा करना होगा। पुरस्कार दावा करने के लिए विजेताओं को अपने टिकट, पहचान पत्र, और अन्य आवश्यक दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत करने होंगे।
केरल लॉटरी विभाग ने इस ड्रॉ की निगरानी के लिए एक न्यायाधीशों की टीम नियुक्त की थी। ड्रॉ की प्रक्रिया को पारदर्शी बनाने के लिए यह सुनिश्चित किया गया कि सभी नंबर यादृच्छिक तकनीक के माध्यम से चुने जाएं।
केरल लॉटरी का उद्देश्य राज्य में सामाजिक कल्याण और विकास परियोजनाओं के लिए धन जुटाना है। यह लॉटरी केरल सरकार द्वारा 1967 में शुरू की गई थी और तब से यह राज्य के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण राजस्व स्रोत बन गई है।
