दिल्ली-एनसीआर में 4.0 तीव्रता का भूकंप, लोग घरों से बाहर निकले
दिल्ली-एनसीआर में सोमवार सुबह 4.0 तीव्रता के भूकंप के झटके महसूस किए गए, जिसके कारण लोग घरों से बाहर निकल आए। भूकंप का केंद्र दिल्ली के धौला कुआं इलाके में पांच किलोमीटर की गहराई पर था। राष्ट्रीय भूकंप विज्ञान केंद्र (एनसीएस) के अनुसार, यह भूकंप सुबह 5:36 बजे आया। इस दौरान एक तेज आवाज सुनाई दी और झटके करीब 35 सेकंड तक महसूस किए गए। अभी तक किसी तरह के नुकसान या चोट की सूचना नहीं है।
प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने लोगों से शांत रहने और सुरक्षा सावधानियों का पालन करने की अपील की। उन्होंने कहा कि संभावित ऑफ्टरशॉक्स के लिए सतर्क रहें और अधिकारी स्थिति पर नजर बनाए हुए हैं। दिल्ली के कार्यवाहक मुख्यमंत्री आतिशी और आम आदमी पार्टी के नेता अरविंद केजरीवाल ने भी लोगों की सुरक्षा की प्रार्थना की।
धौला कुआं इलाका, जहां भूकंप का केंद्र था, हर दो से तीन साल में छोटे भूकंपों का अनुभव करता है। 2015 में यहां 3.3 तीव्रता का भूकंप दर्ज किया गया था। दिल्ली-एनसीआर भूकंपीय जोन IV में स्थित है, जो मध्यम से तीव्र भूकंपों के लिए संवेदनशील है। भूकंप के दौरान नई दिल्ली रेलवे स्टेशन पर लोगों ने बताया कि सब कुछ हिल रहा था और लोग चिल्लाने लगे थे।
