हरीस रऊफ ने विराट कोहली के साथ अफवाहों को खारिज किया
पाकिस्तान के तेज गेंदबाज हरीस रऊफ ने भारत के पूर्व कप्तान विराट कोहली के साथ अपनी बातचीत को लेकर चल रही अफवाहों को खारिज कर दिया है। रऊफ ने कहा कि कोहली ने उन पर लगाए गए उन छक्कों के बारे में कभी कुछ नहीं कहा, जो 2022 टी20 विश्व कप में मेलबर्न क्रिकेट ग्राउंड पर लगाए गए थे। कोहली की उस मैच में नाबाद 82 रन की पारी ने भारत को ऐतिहासिक जीत दिलाई थी, और रऊफ की गेंद पर लगाए गए उन दो छक्कों ने सोशल मीडिया और पूर्व क्रिकेटरों की तारीफ बटोरी थी।
रऊफ ने कहा, “कोहली ने कभी उन छक्कों के बारे में कुछ नहीं कहा। सोशल मीडिया पर जो बातें चल रही हैं, वे सब बकवास हैं। हर कोई कोहली की बल्लेबाजी की तारीफ करता है, और वह एक वर्ल्ड-क्लास खिलाड़ी हैं। मैं हमेशा उनके साथ मजेदार बॉन्डिंग का आनंद लेता हूं।”
रऊफ ने आगे कहा कि कोहली की बल्लेबाजी किसी भी गेंदबाज के लिए चुनौतीपूर्ण होती है, और वह इस चुनौती का आनंद लेते हैं। उन्होंने कहा, “जब हम भारत के खिलाफ खेलेंगे, तो यह चुनौतियों से भरा मैच होगा। उनके खिलाफ गेंदबाजी करने का सबसे अच्छा हिस्सा यह है कि आप उस मैच में बहुत कुछ सीखते हैं।”
31 वर्षीय रऊफ, जो साइड स्ट्रेन से उबर रहे हैं, उम्मीद जताई कि वह चैंपियंस ट्रॉफी के पहले मैच में न्यूजीलैंड के खिलाफ खेलने के लिए फिट होंगे। उन्होंने कहा, “मैं अच्छी तरह से रिकवर कर रहा हूं। मैंने ट्रेनिंग सेशन में तेज गेंदबाजी की है, इसलिए बुधवार के मैच के लिए सब कुछ ठीक लग रहा है। मैं खुद से संतुष्ट हूं, लेकिन मेरी टीम में शामिल होने का फैसला प्रबंधन पर होगा।”
रऊफ ने यह भी कहा कि पाकिस्तान टीम में स्पिन गेंदबाजी के लिए पर्याप्त विकल्प हैं, जिसमें खुशदिल शाह और सलमान आगा शामिल हैं, भले ही टीम में केवल एक विशेषज्ञ स्पिनर अबरार अहमद हों। उन्होंने कहा, “हमारे पास केवल एक स्पिनर नहीं है। हम खुशदिल शाह और सलमान आगा का उपयोग कर सकते हैं, और जो भी अच्छे फॉर्म में होगा, वह उपयोगी होगा।”
रऊफ ने यह भी कहा कि पाकिस्तान लंबे समय के बाद एक वैश्विक आयोजन की मेजबानी कर रहा है, और उनकी इच्छा है कि वह टीम की जीत में योगदान दें और अपना खिताब बचाएं।
