अल्ट्राटेक के प्रवेश से केबल्स और वायर्स कंपनियों के शेयरों में भारी गिरावट
पॉलीकैब इंडिया, केईआई इंडस्ट्रीज, हवेल्स इंडिया और आरआर कैबल जैसी केबल्स और वायर्स कंपनियों के शेयरों में भारी गिरावट देखी गई है। यह गिरावट अल्ट्राटेक सीमेंट के इस क्षेत्र में प्रवेश की घोषणा के बाद हुई है। अल्ट्राटेक ने 1,800 करोड़ रुपये के निवेश के साथ केबल्स और वायर्स सेगमेंट में प्रवेश करने की योजना बनाई है, जिससे निवेशकों में प्रतिस्पर्धा और मार्जिन पर दबाव की आशंका पैदा हो गई है।
पॉलीकैब के शेयर 17.6% गिरकर 4,751 रुपये पर पहुंच गए, जबकि केईआई इंडस्ट्रीज के शेयर 20% की गिरावट के साथ 3,038 रुपये पर आ गए। इसी तरह, हवेल्स इंडिया के शेयर 9% और आरआर कैबल के शेयर 14% गिरे। अल्ट्राटेक का यह कदम निवेशकों के लिए एक बड़ा झटका साबित हुआ है, क्योंकि यह कंपनी पहले से ही सीमेंट उद्योग में एक प्रमुख खिलाड़ी है।
ब्रोकरेज फर्म नुवामा का मानना है कि अल्ट्राटेक का प्रवेश अगले तीन से चार वर्षों में केबल्स और वायर्स उद्योग पर मामूली प्रभाव डालेगा। उनका अनुमान है कि अल्ट्राटेक का बाजार हिस्सा FY28 तक 5% से अधिक नहीं होगा। हालांकि, इस कदम से प्रतिस्पर्धा बढ़ने और मार्जिन पर दबाव पड़ने की आशंका जताई जा रही है।
मोतीलाल ओसवाल ने पॉलीकैब के लिए अपना टारगेट प्राइस 8,380 रुपये से घटाकर 6,950 रुपये कर दिया है। इसके अलावा, केईआई और आरआर कैबल के लिए रेटिंग को ‘बाय’ से ‘न्यूट्रल’ कर दिया गया है। विश्लेषकों का मानना है कि अल्ट्राटेक का प्रवेश उद्योग के लिए एक संरचनात्मक बदलाव ला सकता है, लेकिन इसका प्रभाव अगले कुछ वर्षों में ही स्पष्ट होगा।
