अल्ट्राटेक के प्रवेश से केबल और वायर सेगमेंट में उथल-पुथल
पॉलीकैब इंडिया के शेयरों में भारी गिरावट दर्ज की गई है, जो 17.6% गिरकर ₹4,751 प्रति शेयर पर पहुंच गए। यह गिरावट अल्ट्राटेक सीमेंट के केबल्स और वायर (C&W) सेगमेंट में प्रवेश के बाद देखी गई है। अल्ट्राटेक ने इस सेगमेंट में ₹1,800 करोड़ के कैपेक्स के साथ प्रवेश किया है, जिससे निवेशकों में चिंता बढ़ गई है कि इससे प्रतिस्पर्धा बढ़ेगी और मार्जिन पर दबाव पड़ेगा।
केईआई इंडस्ट्रीज के शेयर भी 20% गिरकर ₹3,038 पर पहुंच गए, जबकि हवेल्स इंडिया के शेयर 9% गिरकर ₹1,140 पर आ गए। आरआर केबल के शेयर भी 14% गिरकर ₹954 के ऑल-टाइम लो पर पहुंच गए।
नुवामा इंस्टीट्यूशनल इक्विटीज का अनुमान है कि अल्ट्राटेक का प्रवेश मध्यम अवधि में C&W उद्योग पर मामूली प्रभाव डालेगा, क्योंकि इसके तीन साल बाद भी इसकी बाजार हिस्सेदारी 5% से कम रहने की संभावना है। हालांकि, इससे संगठित बाजार में प्रतिस्पर्धा बढ़ने और असंगठित से संगठित बाजार में बदलाव की प्रक्रिया तेज होने की उम्मीद है।
विशेषज्ञों का मानना है कि अल्ट्राटेक का प्रवेश FY25-28 तक C&W कंपनियों के कमाई पर कोई बड़ा प्रभाव नहीं डालेगा। नुवामा ने केईआई, पॉलीकैब और हवेल्स पर बुलिश स्टांस बरकरार रखा है।
