अल्ट्राटेक का यह कदम निर्माण क्षेत्र में अपनी मौजूदगी को मजबूत करने की रणनीति का हिस्सा है। हालांकि, बाजार विशेषज्ञों का मानना है कि यह प्रतिक्रिया अतिरंजित हो सकती है, क्योंकि अल्ट्राटेक का संयंत्र 2026 के अंत तक ही चालू होगा। इसके बावजूद, मौजूदा खिलाड़ियों के मार्जिन पर दबाव बढ़ने की आशंका से निवेशकों ने बड़े पैमाने पर बिकवाली की।
वायर और केबल उद्योग पहले से ही 13% की सालाना वृद्धि दर (CAGR) से बढ़ रहा है, और असंगठित से संगठित बाजार की ओर बदलाव हो रहा है। अल्ट्राटेक का प्रवेश इस उद्योग में प्रतिस्पर्धा को और बढ़ा सकता है, जिससे लंबे समय में असंगठित खिलाड़ियों के लिए मुश्किलें बढ़ सकती हैं। हालांकि, अल्पकालिक रूप से इसका प्रभाव सीमित होने की उम्मीद है।
