पॉलीकैब इंडिया के शेयरों में भारी गिरावट, अल्ट्राटेक के प्रवेश से बढ़ी प्रतिस्पर्धा
पॉलीकैब इंडिया के शेयरों में भारी गिरावट दर्ज की गई है, जो ₹5,182.70 के निचले स्तर तक पहुंच गए। यह गिरावट अडिट्या बिड़ला ग्रुप की कंपनी अल्ट्राटेक सीमेंट के तार और केबल उद्योग में प्रवेश की घोषणा के बाद हुई है। अल्ट्राटेक ने इस क्षेत्र में ₹1,800 करोड़ के निवेश की योजना बनाई है, जिससे प्रतिस्पर्धा और मार्जिन पर दबाव की आशंकाएं बढ़ गई हैं।
इस घोषणा के बाद, पॉलीकैब के अलावा, केईआई इंडस्ट्रीज, हवेल्स इंडिया और आरआर केबल के शेयरों में भी 7% से 20% तक की गिरावट देखी गई। विश्लेषकों का मानना है कि अल्ट्राटेक का प्रवेश इस उद्योग में मौजूदा खिलाड़ियों के लिए अल्पकालिक रूप से बड़ा व्यवधान नहीं होगा, लेकिन मध्यम अवधि में प्रतिस्पर्धा और मार्जिन पर दबाव बढ़ सकता है।
नुवामा रिसर्च के अनुसार, अल्ट्राटेक का बाजार हिस्सा FY28 तक 5% से अधिक नहीं होगा, क्योंकि यह उद्योग खंडित है और केबल्स के लिए नियामक अनुमोदन की आवश्यकता होती है। हालांकि, निवेशकों में प्रतिस्पर्धा और मूल्य दबाव को लेकर चिंता बनी हुई है, जिसके कारण इन कंपनियों के शेयरों में गिरावट जारी है।
मोतीलाल ओसवाल ने पॉलीकैब के लिए अपना लक्ष्य मूल्य ₹8,380 से घटाकर ₹6,950 कर दिया है, जो FY27 के अनुमानित EPS पर 40x के मूल्यांकन पर आधारित है। इसके अलावा, अल्ट्राटेक के शेयरों में भी 3.5% की गिरावट देखी गई है।
इस प्रतिस्पर्धा के बावजूद, विश्लेषकों का मानना है कि मौजूदा खिलाड़ी जैसे पॉलीकैब, केईआई और हवेल्स अभी भी मजबूत स्थिति में हैं, क्योंकि उनके पास मजबूत वितरण नेटवर्क और निर्यात के अवसर हैं।
