Marcus Jordan Arrested for DUI and Cocaine Possession

Marcus Jordan, the 34-year-old son of NBA legend Michael Jordan, was arrested on Tuesday, February 4, in Orange County, Florida, on charges of driving under the influence (DUI), cocaine possession, and resisting arrest. According to police records, Marcus was taken into custody after officers found his blue Lamborghini SUV stuck on railroad tracks. He reportedly told police he had made a wrong turn and needed assistance. Officers noted signs of intoxication, including slurred speech, bloodshot eyes, and the smell of alcohol. A search of his pockets revealed a small bag containing a white powdery substance, which later tested positive for cocaine.

Marcus initially refused to exit the vehicle but eventually complied with officers. He was booked into Orange County Jail and released on a $4,000 bond later that day. This is not Marcus Jordan’s first encounter with the law; in 2012, he pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct and resisting arrest in Nebraska. Marcus, a former college basketball player and CEO of the Trophy Room retail boutique, has yet to make a public statement regarding the recent arrest. Representatives for Michael Jordan have not commented on the incident.
