Fatal Plane Crash Involving Mötley Crüe's Vince Neil's Private Jet

A private plane owned by Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil was involved in a fatal accident at Scottsdale Municipal Airport in Arizona on Monday, February 10, 2025. The Learjet 35A, registered to Neil’s company Chromed in Hollywood, veered off the runway after landing and collided with a parked Gulfstream 200 business jet around 2:45 p.m. local time. One person was killed, and four others were injured, including Neil’s girlfriend, Rain, who sustained five broken ribs, and her friend, Ashley. Both were hospitalized, along with two dogs who were also on board. Neil was not on the plane at the time of the crash.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) are investigating the incident. Scottsdale Fire Captain Dave Folio confirmed that one person was pronounced dead at the scene, while two others were in critical condition and transported to trauma centers. The identity of the deceased has not yet been released.

Neil’s representative, Worrick Robinson, released a statement expressing the singer’s condolences and gratitude to first responders. Mötley Crüe also announced plans to support the family of the deceased pilot. The crash marks the latest in a series of aviation incidents in the U.S. in recent weeks.
