George Strait and Chris Stapleton Announce 2025 Stadium Tour
Country music legend George Strait and Grammy-winning artist Chris Stapleton are teaming up for a highly anticipated stadium tour in 2025, with stops across the U.S. Strait, often referred to as the “King of Country,” will be joined by Stapleton, known for hits like “Tennessee Whiskey,” as well as special guests Parker McCollum and Little Big Town. The tour will kick off in May and include performances at major venues such as Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, New York, on June 14, and SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, on July 19.
Strait, who holds the record for the largest single-ticketed concert in U.S. history after performing for 110,905 fans at Texas A&M University in 2024, expressed his excitement for the tour. “I keep trying to slow down a bit, but you keep calling me back. Please don’t ever stop. I still love it just as much as I always have,” Strait said in a statement. Stapleton, a 10-time Grammy winner, will bring his soulful sound to the stage, while Parker McCollum and Little Big Town will add to the star-studded lineup.
Tickets for the Buffalo show at Highmark Stadium will go on sale on February 21, 2025, at 10 a.m. The tour marks another milestone for Strait, who ranks third in music history for the most gold and platinum albums, trailing only Elvis Presley and The Beatles. Fans can expect a night of unforgettable performances as these country music icons take the stage together.
