Snoop Dogg Jokes About Bill Belichick and Jordon Hudson's Age Gap at NFL Honors
Bill Belichick, the 72-year-old former New England Patriots coach, and his 24-year-old girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, became the subject of a lighthearted joke during the NFL Honors ceremony on February 6, 2025. Host Snoop Dogg, 53, took aim at the couple’s significant age gap during his opening monologue at the Saenger Theatre in New Orleans.
“I’ve been a football fan for a long, long time,” Snoop said. “I mean, I remember back when the Cowboys was good. I remember back when the Chiefs was bad. And I remember, what was it — Bill Belichick’s girlfriend wasn’t even born yet?” The camera quickly panned to Hudson, who appeared visibly shocked, while Belichick chuckled softly in response.
The couple, who have been romantically linked since 2023, turned heads earlier in the evening as they walked the red carpet. Hudson wore a sparkling silver dress reminiscent of the Vince Lombardi Trophy, while Belichick sported a red blazer and multiple Super Bowl rings. Hudson clarified that the ring she wore was a national championship ring from her cheerleading days at Bridgewater State University, not one of Belichick’s Super Bowl rings.
This isn’t the first time Belichick’s relationship has been the target of jokes. During Netflix’s The Roast of Tom Brady in May 2024, former players Rob Gronkowski and Tom Brady poked fun at the age difference. Gronkowski quipped that Belichick’s obsession with Foxborough High School was due to “scouting his new girlfriend,” while Brady joked about a camera catching Belichick leaving Hudson’s house.
Despite the public ribbing, the couple appears to be going strong, making their first major red carpet appearance together at the NFL Honors. The event, which celebrated the league’s best players and performances from the 2024 season, also saw Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen win the NFL Most Valuable Player award.
