Martinez took to social media platform X (formerly Twitter) to share what he claims are explicit text exchanges between Smith and his wife, as well as a video of a phone call in which a voice resembling Smith’s repeatedly says, “I’m sorry.”

Smith played for the Ravens from 2014 to 2016 after a 13-season career with the Carolina Panthers, where he remains the franchise leader in receptions, receiving yards, and touchdowns.
