The search involved over 100 miles of track, seven drones, 10 mountain rescue dogs, and more than 60 volunteers. Police expressed gratitude to the mountain rescue teams for their intensive efforts. Chief Inspector Dean Haythornthwaite noted that officers had become “increasingly concerned” for Hall’s safety and had explored all lines of inquiry, including tips from the public.
