The Meteorological Department has issued an alert for heavy rain and storms in Delhi NCR and Uttar Pradesh on February 27 and 28, with a possibility of temperature drop. Similar weather conditions are expected in Rajasthan, Jammu-Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Chandigarh, Uttarakhand, and Haryana.
